Adding tokens to your Phantom Wallet allows you to view and manage them easily. Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Auto-Detection (For Popular Tokens)

Open Phantom Wallet (Browser extension or mobile app).
Click on the token icon (usually at the top of the wallet interface).
If the token is popular (like USDC, SOL, etc.), Phantom will auto-detect it and display it in your wallet.
Method 2: Manually Add a Token
If the token doesn’t appear automatically:
Open Phantom Wallet.
Click the "+" (Add Token) button (usually at the bottom of the token list).
Search for the token by name or paste its mint address (token contract address).
You can find the mint address on Solana explorers like Solscan or the token’s official website.
Select the correct token and confirm.
Method 3: Receive Tokens (Auto-Adds)
Receive tokens by sharing your wallet address.
Once the tokens are sent, Phantom may automatically add them to your wallet.
Troubleshooting
If a token doesn’t show up, ensure:
You’re on the correct network (Solana, Ethereum, or Polygon, depending on Phantom’s multi-chain support).
The token address is correct (scammers may provide fake addresses).
You have a small amount of SOL for gas fees (if interacting with Solana tokens).
Important Notes
Be cautious when adding unknown tokens—scam tokens can be malicious.
Some tokens (like NFTs) appear in the "Collectibles" tab.
